Bitters are an essential ingredient to any cocktail, but they also have a variety of health benefits. Learn why bitter is better and how to make your own bitters using wild weeds and aromatic roots and herbs. We will create and taste our own cocktail recipe featuring bitters. Go beyond cocktails and learn how to use bitters to support the liver and support digestion. Blend your own bitters and go home with a bottle to start using right away.
