Make a zero waste apron that will last a lifetime. During this workshop, you will design your own zero waste apron pattern and walk away with a completed apron made from beautiful 100% cotton selvedge denim. You’ll learn why designing for zero waste is so important, what zero waste really means, and leave with new sewing construction techniques that are fail proof and will allow your home sewn garments to last a lifetime.
Denim options will be provided in a variety of colors and weights. You can also bring your own mid weight fabric and matching thread if you choose. You must be comfortable operating a sewing machine to join. *

* Due to the length of this workshop we will be taking a short lunch break. Please bring a bagged lunch or there are also a few walkable options near the studio.
