Join us in celebrating the holidays by making a beautiful handmade wreath! Wreaths are a classic welcoming adornment and add a lovely bit of festivity to your door or wall. In this fun workshop you will learn how to make a natural hand wired wreath on a grapevine frame, playing with asymmetry, shape and texture. By creating layers of lush fragrant and unscented greens combined with sculptural branches and a variety of berries, pods, succulents and pine cones you will have a gorgeous and unique wreath to enjoy. For the finishing touch we can add beautiful satin ribbon to hang the wreath from. No floral experience necessary, all levels encouraged and welcome. You will get the instructions in a simple, approachable way and be excited and inspired to create! All materials provided, however if you have a favorite pair of clippers please feel free to bring them.

Rachel's lifelong love of flowers started as a little girl roller skating around the neighborhood with rubber bands on her wrist, picking flowers and selling small bouquets to her neighbors. She founded fioribei floral design studio in 2001, specializing in seasonal, locally grown flowers for weddings. Her work has been featured in Martha Stewart Weddings and ruffledblog.com
