In this class herbalist Beth Sachnoff will teach you how to craft your own home herbal apothecary. Have you ever wandering into an herb or tea shop and felt intrigued or excited by the glass jars, tiny bottles and magical potions? Then this class is for you!

We will explore what herbs you might choose to stock in your home apothecary. Discover what herbal actions are appropriate for the most common preventative health and acute care situations. We will talk storage, note taking and other details that make all the difference!

Dive into crafting your own herbal remedies as you begin building your own personalized home apothecary. We will cover the art and the science behind four different preparations; herbal teas, tinctures, vinegars and oils. Leave with your own blends of each type of preparation. Learn important medicine making techniques to ensure you prepare tasty, harmonious, efficient and safe preparations.

Take home a collection of herbal remedies to start your home apothecary or give away as beautiful gifts. Leave with a collection of recipes and the confidence to continue making your own herbal products.
